We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return or to exchange the same item for a different size.
Extended Christmas Return Policy:
We have extended our Return Policy for Christmas 2016. All orders placed from 12 December, 2016 to 31 December, 2016 may be returned within 28 days upon receipt, and are subject to our return policy. Our return policy will revert to the standard 14 days period for orders placed after 31 December, 2016.
We provide you two methods to easily return your items back to us and you can select the one you prefer when opening your return request:
1. The standard way to return your item(s) consists in sending us your return request but arranging by yourself the return, choosing your own courier for the shipping.
2. The hassle-free way to return your item(s) back to us: once we receive your return request, we will arrange the pick-up of your package wherever you wish. You just have to pack the item(s) in our white order box (or any rigid carton box) and wait for the courier.
OPEN A RETURN REQUEST:
1. Access the "Orders History" section of your account
2. Select the order from which you want to return an item and click on the "return request" button
3. Select the item that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name
4. Choose if you are returning for a refund or an exchange (in case of exchange, we will ask you which size would you like to exchange with)
5. Choose your return shipping method (if you choose the automatic picking reservation we will ask you to confirm or modify the pickup information)
5. Click the "submit" button
From now on, you will be able to follow your return on the "Merchandise Returns" section of your account.
We will let you know when we receive your return. Then we will issue a refund by the same payment method as your order deducting the amount for the return postage service (see the table below), or confirm and send the item you would like in exchange. In case of exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
Please note that all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
Card refunds can take up to 5 working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies both to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping cost. In case of exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
When returning an item from outside the European Union, you should incur in import charges. Any eventual import fees related to the return will be deducted from any eventual refunds.
