We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return or to exchange the same item(s) for a different size.
We provide two methods to easily return your item(s) back to us and you can select the one you prefer when opening your return request (RMA):
1. Automatic Method: once you open your return request, we arrange the pick-up of your package wherever you wish. As soon as we arrange the shipment, the courier sends you an email containing the return label. You just have to pack the item(s) in the original box (or any rigid carton box), stick the return slip and return label on the box, and wait for the courier. The courier will get in touch with you before the pick-up, to confirm the date and time.
2. Own Method: once you open your return request, you arrange by yourself the return, choosing your own courier for the shipping.
OPEN A RETURN REQUEST (RMA):
1. Access the "Orders History" section of your account
2. Select the order from which you want to return your item(s) and click on the "Open RMA" button
3. Select the item(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name
4. Choose if you are returning for a refund or an exchange (in case of exchange, we will ask you which size you would like to exchange with)
5. Choose your return shipping method (if you choose the automatic method, we will ask you to confirm or modify the pick-up information)
5. Click the "Submit" button
From now on, you will be able to follow your return on the "Merchandise Returns" section of your account.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return is processed. Then we will issue a refund by the same payment method you used for your original order. In case you choose the Automatic Method for shipping back your item(s), we will deduct the amount for the return shipping fees (see table below) from your refund. If you opt for an exchange, we will confirm that we have received your item(s) and proceed with the shipment of the new size you've selected. No shipping costs is applied for exchanges, as we take charge of both the costs to pick-up the item(s) you want to exchange and to send the new size(s) to you.
Please note that all returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Item(s) returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
Card refunds can take up to 10 working days before showing up on your bank account, due to varying processing times between payment providers. Please note that we are unable to influence this.
Shipping costs are not refunded. This applies both to the original shipping costs for your order as well as the return shipping costs (if you choose to use the Automatic Method). No shipping costs is applied for exchanges, as we take charge of both the costs to pick-up the item(s) you want to exchange and to send the new size(s) to you.
When returning an item from outside the European Union, you should incur in import charges. Any eventual import fees related to the return will be deducted from any eventual refunds.
